Environmental Data Integration

The Service is available through multiple Subscription tiers, including a free tier and paid tiers. Each tier provides different levels of access to features and Credits. The specific features and limits of each tier are described on our pricing page.
Your Subscription tier determines the Credits allocated to Your Account for each billing period. When You reach the limit of Your Credits, access to the corresponding feature will be restricted until Your Credits refresh or You upgrade Your Subscription.
Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. Prices may vary by Your country of residence. You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and paying all charges at the prices in effect for Your Subscription.
You may cancel Your Subscription at any time through Your account settings or by contacting us. If You cancel, Your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Third parties may purchase Subscription access on Your behalf. If Your Subscription was provided by a partner organization, the terms of that arrangement will be communicated to You at the time of enrollment.
5. Your Content
Our Service allows You to post Content, including photographs, documents, and text. You are responsible for the Content that You post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, reproduce, and process such Content for the purpose of providing, improving, and supporting the Service, including the display of relevant third-party content and offers. We may also use Your Content in anonymized or aggregated form for market research and agricultural insights. You retain any and all of Your rights to any Content You submit, post, or display on or through the Service and You are responsible for protecting those rights.
You retain ownership of all agricultural data, property information, and operational details You provide to the Service. We process this data to provide You with the Services and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy, which may include displaying relevant third-party content and sharing Your information with agricultural partners as described therein. You may request export of Your data at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is Yours or You have the right to use it and grant Us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of Your Content does not violate the rights of any person.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content ("AI Output"). By using the Service, You acknowledge and agree that:

- AI Output may not be unique, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.
- AI Output is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- AI Output does not constitute professional agronomic, veterinary, financial, legal, or environmental advice.
- You are solely responsible for independently verifying AI Output before making decisions based on it.
- We are not liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from decisions made based on AI Output.
- We retain the right to use AI Output in anonymized or aggregated form to improve our Services.
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use AI Output generated through Your Account for Your personal and commercial purposes. This license is non-transferable except as part of a sale or transfer of the operation to which the AI Output relates.
AI-generated images are created using Credits allocated to Your Account and are stored on our servers for the duration of Your account. AI-generated images may contain imperfections or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as precise representations.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify, and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC AGRICULTURAL OUTCOMES, CROP YIELDS, REVENUE, OR FINANCIAL RETURNS.
